The food was incredible we had the sampler(HUGE crispy onion rings, buffalo fingers and steak fries)I had the eggplant parmesean, and my dad had the mushroom stroganoff (changed my life it's sooo good). Then for dessert I had and oreo cupcake and my dad had a chocolate coconut cookie. We we're served by Katie and chatted up a server named Jessica FOREVER :) (*ALL desserts are vegan at Green.)
Fast Forward a few weeks and I'm volunteering at a shelter with my group from psychology class(doing moms and daughters mani-pedis and make-up). We decided that we'd do lunch after. Turns out Green was only 10 minutes away! The girls decided to give in to me and have some vegetarian/vegan food. We ordered the sampler and took FOREVER to order our entrees(we couldn't choose!!). A midst conversation with our server Brenda, the three girls mentioned that I'm a Vegan baker, and somehow my business card got from my purse, to her hands to the owner. We finally order and as we're stuffing our faces,

(Katherine had the Mushroom Stroganoff, I had the Sesame Chicken, Celeste had the Portabella Mushroom burger and Rebecca had the Chicken Fried Steak) one of the owners, Chris Behren , comes over to us with Neatballs asking "who's the vegan baker?". We talked and at the end of the conversation he tells me to bring some samples next time I come. We stuffed ourselves then ordered one cupcake each. As we were leaving I got to meet Cece (baker at green, Jacque is another baker I met later).
Just one week later I was back with cupcake samples. Katherine and I decided to have lunch there as well. She ordered an appetizer of onion rings and had Spaghetti and Neatballs. I had fried mushrooms and Neatloaf. For dessert I had a double chocolate cookie and Katherine had a Chocolate Peanut Butter cupcake.

While I was there I applied for a job, I said what the heck. Chris told me to come in on Sunday at 10am to train and see if i liked it. I loved it. Now I'm a server and baker there!
